Gigabit Pro/Site Survey
I reached out to sales a few weeks ago and asked about Gigabit Pro in my area. They verified my address, had me sign the 2 year agreement etc and told me the site survey tech would be out. Today the tech came out but it was a Comcast Business guy with no idea about Fiber/survey etc, he said he’d move my ticket back to the fiber team. Any way I can verify my ticket/ Gigabit Pro got routed to the Fiber team? Thanks in advance for the help!
