Hey Omar! It is a pleasure to meet you. I was able to locate your account and see that our Next Generation Network is available in your area, however your current equipment does not work for the updated speeds. Here you can find a list of our approved third party equipment https://www.xfinity.com/support/devices

Greetings, does that include the 10G Fiber service, formerly known as Gigabit Pro?

I am glad you asked, while we do not quite offer 10G fiber at this time, with our ongoing Next Generation network upgrades, we've increased Xfinity Internet upload speeds (up to 10x) for eligible customers with a compatible xFi Advanced Gateway (XB6 or higher) or compatible customer-owned or managed (COAM) device at no additional cost.

It might be difficult for you to locate, I’ve had difficulty in the past reaching the sales representatives that know how to check. So far I’ve only been able to get answers through these forum posts. Here’s the most recent reply to my inquiry from a few months ago: “The Gigabit Pro Team determined you were within the upgrade area, as you mentioned, but your house was just a little too far from the closest fiber splice to make it work. The estimated construction cost for running fiber to your house right now is $20,914.00, which is over the maximum allowable cost of $4,000.00 by about $16,914.00. Please keep in mind, these are just the estimated figures right now, but they can always change in the future, especially if a new fiber splice gets added closer to your house. I would recommend reaching out to us again in 6-12 months, so we can submit a new request for you.”

When did you get that response from the team exactly? We have no problem re-submitting it but our gig pro construction teams typically leaning far closer to that 12 month mark for and beyond than not from what I've seen.
