I'm living in a mobile home park in North Fort Collins and the park is refusing to install the city's fiber optic service.

I'm sorry to hear about this, @user_utb3s6. It sounds like the situation would need to be handled through the mobile home park administration. Are they preventing Comcast's service from being set up? Is that what you are referring to?
