Gigabit Pro Speed Upgrade
I've had Gigabit Pro service for many years and have always had the 2GBe services. Have always been super happy with the service. But, as of late, it seems like there have been some improvements in the service in my area. Interwebs are saying that Gigabit service has also been improving in speeds. How do I request this upgrade as well? Is there an official way to do this?

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
