Gigabit Pro Request

Hello, I would like to see if I am eligible for Xfinity's Gigabit Pro service in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I saw that others are supposed to send a direct message to start the process - and I'm happy to do that, I just don't see an icon to do so. Please advise how I can start. Thank you

You've reached the right team of experts who are happy to assist with this over social media. We can help. Just a couple of things that we need to ensure you are aware of before we proceed with this request for you. If your home passes the serviceability check, there is a $500 activation fee and a $500 installation fee, totaling $1,000. Gigabit x10 service is $299.95 a month with a $19.95 monthly professional-grade equipment rental fee plus taxes. This service requires a two-year contract upon subscription; an Early Termination Fee applies. Would you like to still proceed at this time?
