Gigabit Pro Request

Hello, I would like to see if I am eligible for Xfinity's Gigabit Pro service in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I saw that others are supposed to send a direct message to start the process - and I'm happy to do that, I just don't see an icon to do so. Please advise how I can start. Thank you
