Thanks, [Edited for PII]! I have your account here now and I appreciate you taking the time to send me the details so that we can go over your options for Gigabit Pro service.

I'd be happy to submit a ticket to see if your address would be eligible for this service. Here are some details about the pricing that we like to communicate upfront to ensure there are no surprises later on:

- Monthly recurring fee: $299.95 per month (plus taxes and equipment).

- Equipment monthly rental fee: $19.95 a month.

- Activation fee: Up to $500.00.

- Premium Installation fee: $500.00.

- Requires a two-year contract upon subscription; Early Termination Fee applies.

If you are ok with all these charges, I can continue with getting a ticket submitted. How does that sound?

Great! Now that we have gone over the pricing there are a couple of serviceability requirements that must be met before services can be established.

  • We will need to ensure that their home is within 1,760 feet from the fiber splice. The Gigabit Pro team will confirm this.
  • We will then run a serviceability check to see if their home is eligible for the service. This process could take up to two weeks.
    • The initial serviceability check will determine how much it will cost to run fiber optics to your home. Then, there is a second site visit to determine additional costs, such as permitting, traffic control, etc. If the total price to run fiber is more than $8,800, the home is considered not serviceable for Gigabit Pro and we cannot process the request.
  •  You will need to have a computer or other device capable of accepting 3 Gbps download/upload speeds to experience the full benefits of Gigabit Pro.

Lastly, the process to build fiber optics to a home varies by market and takes more time than a regular install, but our amazing Gigabit Pro team will communicate its progress along the way.

Does this all sound ok? Do you have any questions regarding the process?
