gigabit pro availability
I'd like to learn if Gigabit Pro FTTH is available for my address. Who can help me with that?
I've tried to follow other's instructions on sending private messages, but the buttons and menus referenced just don't exist on this web page.

Good afternoon, @cr03bd9d. We would be more than happy to help submit a serviceability ticket for our Xfinity Gigabit x10 (Gigabit Pro) to your location. We will need you to reach out to us in a Direct Message, so we can gather some information from you.
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
