Gigabit Pro Availability

Hello,

I'm looking to move in the next couple of months and am hoping to find a place that has the Gigabit Pro Fiber service available (i.e, a neighborhood/complex that already has units with the service) however i haven't been able to find that information anywhere. Is there any document anywhere or any agent that would be able to tell me where gigabit pro is currently offered?
