Calling sales is useless, how do I get ahold of someone for a quote / availability check for Gigabit Pro (2Gbps symmetrical).

I'd like to know about availability as well, but when I click on Comcast employee profiles, I am not given an option to DM. What can I do?

Hello, @user_e94235! There should be a chat icon located on the top right corner of your screen when you are logged in. Once selected, you can search for Xfinity Support to send a message.

@ComcastVianney  There is no chat icon on this page. When I log into my account on xfinity.com and try to get to chat through there, the chatbot doesn't know that Gigabit Pro exists. What can I try next?
