Gigabit Pro Availability at New Address

I am going to be moving to a new address in a couple of months, and I wanted to know if Gigabit Pro (full fiber) might be an option there. Can anyone from Comcast help me to determine if Gigabit Pro will be an option at the new address? I do understand the costs. I am trying to determine if it is even an option for me. Thank you!
