Gigabit 2x
I recently upgraded my internet speed from 1200 download 40 upload to 2000 download 200 upload. I also upgraded my modem to one of their listed next gen modems (Arris surfboard G54). After installing and activating my new modem I ran several speed test using xfinity Speedtest, but the results still only show my previous plans speeds (1200 down 40up). I’ve rebooted the modem multiple times and I still can’t seem to get the upgraded speeds.
