@Xfinity Support | Gig pro availability? - hello, recently I saw xfinity was putting fiber 100 or so feet away from my house. Does that mean I could get Gig Pro?

@user_759945 Thank you so much for your interest in our Gigabit x10 services. Gigabit x10 will generally be available to homes within one-third of a mile of Comcast's fiber network (subject to individual serviceability determination) and will require installation of professional-grade equipment. To check on your location's availability we do have a specialized team that will determine if your location is eligible. Before having our team check we do have to let you know of the fees that may be associated to keep you informed on the process and charges that you would see along the way if your location is elgible. They are as follows: Monthly recurring fee: $299.95 per month (plus taxes and equipment).
Equipment monthly rental fee: $19.95 a month.
Activation fee: Up to $500.00.
Premium Installation fee: $500.00.
Requires a two-year contract upon subscription
$1,150 Early Termination Fee (ETF) applies.
