Your prepaid card will be processed in approximately 12 weeks (90 days) from the date of your completed Xfinity installation/activation. Once processed, it may take an additional one to two weeks for your card to be emailed. You can expect to receive the prepaid card within 14 to 16 weeks from your installation/activation date.
Once qualified, if you have provided us with an email address, we’ll email you your virtual prepaid card redemption information.
the Visa Prepaid card or Prepaid Mastercard will expire six months after the month issued. For example, if the card is issued in January, it will expire on July 31. Please note that a prepaid card issued after the 25th day of the month will have the following issuing month's expiration date. For example, cards issued on January 25 will expire on August 31.
