Gift card

Hi, 

we had received a gift card from Xfinity mobile as welcome gift. 
unfortunately we lost it and just found it back but it is expired… we never activated it or used it. Is there any chance you can help us please?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
