Gift card

I was  told that I would get a gift card back in June 2023 if kept the phone service for 90 days for bringing my own device.  Now the customer  service is saying that you had to bring your own number,which was not what I  was told when I added  this line, also I was was told it would take 20.00 off my internet bill which never happened.

@user_f1a245, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. This would all depend on the wording of your agreement. We are limited in what we can do with Xfinity Mobile since we work over social media. The best thing to do is to reach out to them directly. Here is that contact information:
