Hi Team, I have not received the 100-dollar gift card which was promised. I see there was a link for shipping through USPS but I have not received it yet

Can you please check on this?

Sure! We'd be more than happy to check on the status of your gift card. Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
