Gift card re issue
I am writing to kindly request a reissue of my Xfinity promotional gift card. Unfortunately, I was unable to use any amount of the balance before it expired. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into the possibility of reissuing the card as I did not use it all.
Please let me know if you need any additional information such as the card number, expiration date, or account details. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hello user_n9nox6, Thanks for reaching out on Forums. We can attempt to see if we can reissue a card for the remaining balance. We will need to submit a ticket to the team that issues them. Typically they can reissue cards that never got used but if you did use some balance any remaining funds may be forfeited upon the expiration of the card. We can still try with the ticket though. Please send a direct message with your full name and the service address.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
