Gift card incentive

I signed up for internet services in December 2022 when there was a tiered promo going on with visa gift cards. The level I selected was suppose to receive $75 visa gift card. I went to a store location and they informed me it would take a couple of billing cycles, and another article on here says it would take 90 days. It’s been 5 billing cycles now and I cannot get answers.
