Gift card incentive not received

I have tried chatting with an agent , I have tried speaking to an agent on the phone who told me it would come through my email, I have been sent to an incentive tracker that supposedly could not find my account number. All I want is for my $200 gift card to show up in my email the way that everybody said it would if I joined Xfinity.

Hello @user_6ntbev thank you for reaching out on our community forum! Around what time did you sign up for Xfinity? Also was the incentive included in an internet promotion?

I'm not sure what you mean by what time I signed up over a week ago now I have Xfinity Internet and mobile

@user_6ntbev It can take up to 14 weeks after activating your service before getting a gift card that was a part of a promotion. If you only signed up over a week ago you would not see anything in the incentive tracker yet.
