Gift card for switching internet plan

Earlier this year, I switched my internet plan and was promised a $100 gift card.  I should have gotten the card in May or June.  The Xfinity Assistant cannot understand my question and cuts off the "conversation."  Who can I call to get my promised card?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

david.g1 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with getting your gift card. I can certainly understand your frustration, and I want to help get this resolved for you. I'd be happy to look into the status of your gift card and find out what's causing the delay. To do so, I'll need to access your account. Please send me a direct message with your full name and the address on your account. Once I have that information, I can review the details of your plan and help you get the promised gift card.

To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
