Gift card for switching from another carrier never arrived. Tried going through the live chat and they were less than useless.

I was promised a gift card for switching my service. That was beginning of March. The supervisor from live chat was completely useless and said I have to contact the store, but I cannot get through at this time as I am not in the area. No phone number works and to my amazement,  the company that offers internet and email has no email address themselves. That I found completely bizarre. Any ideas anybody. I feel that this was a scam to get me to switch and unfortunately customer service with Xfinity [Edited: "Language"].

Hi there, @lordscuby I’m really sorry this has been such a frustrating experience, especially after being promised a gift card and then having such a hard time getting clear answers. I completely understand why you’d feel let down and concerned. This definitely isn’t the experience we want for you. Gift card promotions are usually tied to specific eligibility steps or fulfillment processes, but you shouldn’t have to chase multiple channels or be stuck without support, especially when you’re not near the store.

We’d really like the chance to help make this right and get some clarity for you. If you’re open to it, can you please DM me your full first and last name along with your full service address so that I can get this escalated.
