Gift card expired before valid thru date

Good morning, 

My gift card has a valid thru date of 5/25 and was still active as of this morning. I just went to use it and my purchase was declined and I'm being told the card expired. It is the last day of May 2025, the card should be valid thru the end of the day. Can this card please be reissued?

Yes, I see the gift card was issued in the tracker. I have the physical gift card, my issue is that the system is now considering it expired even though the valid thru date has not passed. I'm hoping someone can help.

Gotcha! Did you see at the bottom of the Incentive Tracker the contact information for our incentive team or chat option to get the card reissues?
