Gift Card Doesn't Work

I received a prepaid gift card about a month ago.  I activated it just a few days after receiving and used it twice in one day, both charges made at Starbucks.  I have never been able to use it again since then.  Not at Starbucks, not online, not for gas, not at the grocery store - nowhere.  I activated the card, I registered the account, it's not expired, there are no auth holds on it and there are funds on it. Very frustrating.

MrsMonteiro Hello! On the back of the card, there should be a phone number where you can check the available balance. We would normally be able have a card reissued if you had never received it, or had expired. We don't request a new card if it was already fully activated and used.
