Gifrt Card..........Legit or scam? Service issues

Hi, today I received an email stating that i received a gift card, is this legit or scam? I AM NOT CLICKING ON ANYTHING WITHOUT CONFIRMATION.  Also, my internet is unreliable , my tv's are always clocking when using streaming services. I have 2 tv's w firesticks connected to the internet, 1 phone  and a laptop. There is always a lag, what gives? I went with what your agent recommended..........this is not working for me. Help or I gotta go

Hi user_4fwtvn, I don't blame you for being tentative, you can never be too careful these days. Without reviewing your account, I don't have a way to confirm the email. However, were you expecting any promotional gift cards with a recent order? If you do feel the email is fraudulent, you can always report it with our Customer Security Assurance teams direct 'Website'. I can also help with your connection and TV issues. When you say your TV's are clocking, are you referring to the actual TV or a TV Box.

user_4fwtvn, In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
