Getting texts to return equipment but I don't have any rented
I recently switched to Xfinity NOW. Recently I get texts about returning equipment but I never rented any modem or other equipment from XFINITY before. I wanted to sign to my old account (not Xfinity NOW) but I can't. My only option is to sign in to my new account. Maybe a bug? When I click on the link I received from the Xfinity text message, it sends me to the equipment return page with an empty list (see screenshots below). Anyway, please could those texts stop?

Good Morning, @Li4m! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your unreturned equipment, it is certainly not what we want for our customer. Typically, that happens if your own modem remains on the account and in a disabled status. I will certainly look into the account with you, and ensure it is removed. Can you please send us a DM to get started?
Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
