getting support

Why is it have top be so complicated to get customer support? I tried to call, always get that [Edited: "Language"] thing where they want to send you a txt to chat with a robot agent and will NOT transfer you to a live agent. I feel they dont want people to get help with issues and hope they get [Edited: "Language"] and just hang up and live with the problem of no internet or a resolution to their problem. I found forums where many others have posted about this very same issue. Too bad there is no legal action people can take! If I had a choice for another provider, I [Edited: "Language"] sure would leave xfinity due to their [Edited: "Language"] customer support. If you ever do get through to a agent, most can not even speak English! Their poor customer support has always been a issue and so many people complain about it and it seems xfinity KNOWS it and just dont [Edited: "Language"]and will NOT improve it.
