Getting Started Kit

I never received an update about my Getting Started Kit being shipped or anything, just the confirmation email. I made my account and chose my plan on April 9th. It is now April 20th and I have not received any notification. It's meant to be a store-pick up. Can I just go to the store and resolve it there and see if they have the equipment I need? I'm not sure why this is taking so long.

Good morning user_o3zy5l thanks o much for reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums! When setting up an order online, ti can be done as in-store or mail-order. With the in-store pickup, you'll just go to the nearest Xfinity retailer whenever you're ready for the equipment, but with the mail order you should receive a follow on email with the tracking information, or see this in the Xfinity App. Are you able to see the order sitll wehn you sign in?
