Getting started kit

I placed an order on 9/14/23 but I still haven’t received the email with the tracking number. I’d like to know when my equipment will arrive. What are my options?

Hello, how are you @user_e2d69d? Try checking your open order and email communication when signing into www.Xfinity.com. Once you are on the page click on the purple Account icon. Then select Account and Identity when signed in. After this scroll down for a second and go to "Order Agreements" Your orders will be listed here. If for any reason you don't see your order here please let us know. Our team can always create a new order for you if needed. 

 

From Account and Identity you can also go to Account Communications to make sure alerts are enabled.

@XfinityJosephA​ it says my order is confirmed but I don’t see anything as far as tracking goes.

@user_e2d69d thanks for trying! We'll get to the bottom of the issue by taking a detailed look at your account. Just use the Direct Messaging account to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." The icon is on the top right side of the page next to the bell icon. Once we find your account we can double-check open orders or create one as needed. Hopefully we can see a tracking number, but I promise we will take the right actions to resolve the situation no matter what's happening 👍
