Getting Started Kit - Not shipped

Hello,

I ordered a Getting Started Kit and it has been 5 business days without any email that the kit was shipped. I selected 3 to 5 business day shipping, but no email yet that it was shipped and nothing to indicate on my account either. Of course my first bill was posted, which I am not paying until I recieve the kit considering I don't have Xfinity internet yet.

When will I receive the kit?

I also have this problem. It's been 7 business days and the kit has not been shipped, but I did get notice of an upcoming bill.

There is no chat icon in the top right of the page for contacting support. And I am signed in.

dalton_478 I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your shipment yet. I'm happy to help you get this figured out today. Try this instructions for sending us a DM. Please feel free to let me know if you run into any issues. 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
