"Getting Started Kit" -- not shipped & no updates available
I'm having the same issue as the one described here: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/getting-started-kit-not-shipped/67f5a1bd67ee1e664639aa18.
I ordered a "Getting Started Kit" with 3 - 5 business day shipping. I received an email on Tuesday, April 15th stating the following: "If you ordered a Getting Started Kit, we'll send an additional email to let you know when your equipment has shipped." I've not received any packages, nor have I received any emails regarding the shipment of any equipment.
When will I receive this kit?

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
