Getting Started Kit Not Sent
Hello,
the Getting Start Kit has not sent despite over eight business days. The chat assistant is not helpful since the questions receive the answer that an email with tracking information will be sent.
I have been charged for a month's service already with nothing emailed about the kit beyond the intial purchase.
The listed time period was 3~5 business days.
