Getting started kit hasn’t shipped

I ordered my plan along with the getting started kit on 19th of June. I have not received any email or notification regarding shipping yet. The app shows that my order is still pending.

Hello akelly123 , I would be happy to check the status of the order and your account with us. Typically, you receive a confirmation email with the order if everything goes through successfully. Shipping is usually 5 business days max. So we definitely want to figure out what is happening. Please send a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
