Hello, @user_ohovox. Thank you for reaching over Xfinity Forums for support, you have contacted the right place for assistance in regard to seeing if your address is serviceable. I can check to see if the address has already been added as serviceable. If needed we can open a ticket with our awesome team that can review the location. I did want to help get the proper expectations set up that it may require an on site survey to determine the proximity to an area equipment connection point.

You can also go to xfinity.com > build your plan > featured deals, to see if the address is available for service.

I would definitely like to get the process started for you, and since I will need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation I would need you to send a direct message:

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, and the address you're locking to get service installed at.
