getting service in new construction

Can anyone at Xfinity point me in the right direction? I have a new house that will be closing in 4 or 5 weeks. I need to order a package and have the cable run from the street underground to the inlet on the house. I do have a street address.  How do I start this process.

We are closing on a new construction home in less than a week, and need to order a package and have cable run to the inlet on the house.  We have an address and all neighboring homes already have service.  Could you please help me get this scheduled?

Can you please send us your full name and full service address? To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
      there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
