getting service in new construction - existing house demolished, established neighborhood

Nearing completion of a new to us home (on property that we own already). Original house demolished so we need new wires from the pole across the street. Previous wires were above ground, new ones to be underground. Who do we schedule this with?

Thanks

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_snyht5 Welcome to our community forum and thank you @EG for moving this post for greater visibility :). Is the new construction home registered with USPS? If so, I can open a serviceability ticket to have my construction team start the process of connecting your home to our network. We're so excited to provide you with service you love ❤️

Hello again. I suppose part of the problem may be that I'm overseas right now but yes, someone did reply to my message. The message tag says the response was a couple of minutes after I posted my DM. I was on line for a good 10 minutes after posting the DM and nothing came in in that time. I've just responded again to the DM thread (11:28 GMT) and as of now, 11:48 GMT, no one has responded? I tried starting a new DM to Support but it only re-opened the one where I am (still) waiting. Help, and thanks.
