Getting no help
I have been with Xfinity for almost 15 years. This past September I renewed my contract package over the phone with a customer service agent. Ever since September my bill has never been correct. It does not reflect the price we agreed on or any of my discounts. I have had to call every single month to get my bill adjusted. If I haven’t spoken to over 20 different agents and nothing ever gets solved. In my account it states I have a pending order and cannot make any changes. I have explained countless times of this issue and every agent assures me it’s fixed and my bill will be correct. It is now almost January and I’m still getting full price bills and my account STILL says pending order. I have never had such a difficult experience and my frustration is leading me to want to cancel the entire service. Please do something about this.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
