Getting no help with ordering Pods
I have tried to order the xFi Pods online. It won’t let me. Says I have to talk with someone. I have been talking with Xfinity’s support on Twitter. They just keep telling me to order them online. I have told them it won’t let me. I have always had great experiences talking with support on Twitter. Until now. I don’t know what has changed, but I’m getting really frustrated. Maybe an Xfinity employee will see this and actually help me.

Hello @bethmc72 thank you for taking the time to reach out and bring this to our attention. We would love to help you order the xFi pods or you could even pick them up the same day at any local Xfinity store. To get started, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
