Getting into my email

I have a new phone, and I am no longer getting the permission to sign into my email account. My recovery email is no longer valid, so I am not getting the code I need to sign in there either. I went into a Xfinity store and the only phone number attached to my account is correct, but I still can't get into my email.

Thanks for getting back to us, are you able to access your e-mail by going to https://login.xfinity.com/login ? Or have you tried jumping on the Xfinity app going to the search button and typing in “go to email inbox:?
