Getting internet service for new housing development
I have made several attempts to have xfinity provide service for a new residential subdivision in Amherst NH. We are the first home off of a shared driveway that is just over 300 feet from County Rd in Amherst. I know that xfinity services homes on Country Rd. I have explained this to xfinity service representatives on several calls only to be told that they don't service the area. We have new utility poles and underground conduit in place to service the three homes but I cannot get anyone on the phone to explain these details. These three homes are just the beginning of a larger subdivision that will total 51 new homes. We have submitted a form to https://business.comcast.com/enterprise/industry-solutions/property-development and have not received any response.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
