Getting internet in my home

We had Xfinity internet at our last house and moved to a house that isn’t supported by Xfinity. I see their vans everywhere but I’m not in their coverage area. It’s extra annoying because we’re Xfinity mobile customers and we now have to pay extra and are no longer eligible for promos on new phones. How do we get Xfinity to move into our neighborhood? I’m sure others would switch. There aren’t very good internet options out here.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_8o3v1r Hi there, thank you so much for reaching out to us. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to see our vans nearby but not have service available at your new home. It's completely understandable why this would be extra annoying, especially since you're already an Xfinity Mobile customer and want to take advantage of those great benefits.

We'd love to look into the serviceability of your area. Please send us a direct message with your name and full address, and I'll be happy to check the status for you.

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
