Getting in touch with a real person
I have been trying to get in touch with a real person for 2 days, my internet has been out for 3 days and it has been saying its doing a reset but it isn't. I cant get in touch with an agent because this nonexistent reset is happening. The longer this goes on the closer I am to getting to ending my contract. I have already called my friends and family and they wont be renewing their contracts. I am paying for internet that I don't have and its impacting my work and life. I have been in contact with Xfinity off and on for a month because of various issues and this is just the cherry on top.

Hello, @user_r75vjl sorry to have read you are having a connection issue with your internet service. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:
1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
