Getting hold of someone!!
The other person is right on!! You CAN NOT talk to or get anyone on billing, equipment returned they say you still have.
I've been trying two days plus 4 weeks going to stores and calling.
Just keep getting the run around. Can't get the same person, so have to start from scratch each time.
If I move to a different location, will make sure I can get another service other than Xfinity!!! [Edited: Netiquette]

Click "Sign In" if necessary
