Getting Help From a Live Person

Xfinity, YOU LIED. A supervisor called me back after I signed up for service and said she would put a flag on my account so my calls would be routed to a live person. NOT. I have now been asked by the system to reset my modem because there was an issue and wait 10 minutes. And asked by the system to reset my modem and wait 10 minutes. And asked by the system to reset my modem and wait 10 minutes. asked by the system to reset my modem and wait 10 minutes. ENDLESS LOOP.  I am so done with you and it's only been 3 days. So I'll call to cancel and then maybe I'll get your attention. But wait! I can't even get through to cancel!

I'm having the same problem. The automated system loops endlessly. Good luck if you actually get an agent, they can't help you either! A technician was supposed to come yesterday after a three hour long phone battle and no one ever showed up. Now I have to try the phones again.
