Do you currently have Xfinity cable service?
If yes, do you currently have a cable box in your living room that you are wanting to upgrade?
Or are you wanting an additional cable box added to your account?
If the cable outlet in your living room is active then you can upgrade your box or add an additional box without an installation appointment. The fastest way to upgrade or exchange equipment is by visiting an Xfinity store. You can use the link listed below to set up an appointment for a store pickup. This can save some valuable time! Just enter your address and then select "View Store Details" to book an appointment.
We also have the option to mail equipment via UPS, but sometimes there's a charge and shipping is about 3-5 business days.
If you need the cable outlet in your living room activated we would need to schedule an installation appointment. Another option is using a wireless box. If you have an X1 primary box, and you don't want to pay for an installation a wireless box is a great option!
If you need equipment shipped or if setting up an installation appointment sounds good just send us a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
