Getting an error message when trying to move service

I'm trying to move my service plan to a new address for a move, but I keep getting an error message after I confirm that I will take care of installation myself. Hope you can give me a hand.

Can you confirm the error you're receiving?

To get started, we'll need to gather some personal information in a peer to peer chat. Please click the Peer to Peer chat icon in the top right corner of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you.
