getting an agent
I've been trying for days to get an agent . I keep calling back and going through all the hoops and restarts. They say they will call me back but never do. I switched to their modem but can't get any help getting service in lower rooms. I've called several times and only get voice agent who hangs up after saying she can't help me. I've been hung up on 3 times today since I refused to keep restarting my modem after the first time. I never get a call back or get throught to an agent. Does anyone else hate this company???
