I do want to thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to reach out through our Forums Channel @user_3e0ljh What arrangement are you speaking of? Was this a payment arrangement for residental services?

Hello, and thank you for reaching out via the Xfinity Community Forums. It sounds like you're incredibly frustrated, and I'm truly sorry to hear you've been having such a persistent problem and difficulty reaching us for the past two weeks. We definitely want to help resolve this for you and prevent you from needing to change services.

Our team is here to help. To get started, please send us a direct message with your name and address. Once we have that, we can look into your account and connect you with someone who can directly address your concerns.

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
