Hi there and welcome to Comcast @user_2sdqlw. To get a paper bill in the mail, you'll have to opt out of paperless billing. If you want to receive a direct mail paper copy of your bill instead of using paperless billing, follow the steps above but toggle paperless billing to the Off position. Good afternoon and happy Monday, user_sabb9w! You can easily manage your billing settings using the Xfinity app.
1. Log in to the Xfinity app, visit the Account tab, and select Bill details.
2. Select Paperless billing.
3. Select where is says on to turn it off.
