Get storm ready Wi-Fi

The Xfinity app asks me if I want storm ready Wi-Fi, but when I click the links, it doesn’t allow me to order. It insteads sends me to links and support for new service. I have 1GB service and an XFi gateway now. How can I get storm ready Wi-Fi? Thank you for the help.

@user_d311d7 We would love to help you with getting that Storm Ready WiFi ordered! To get started please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it

I've tried to order it twice online, and I tried to purchase it today at an xfinity store in person (where they had them on display). In all cases, the reps were unable to actually complete the order. Strange that you'd advertise something you're unable to actually provide.
