Get hold of a human

Never so fruatrated with a company.  I have multiple homes using xfinity. I sold one.  Finally found someone to help me cancel that home ( this alone is unbelievablly horrible service. The app should simply have a easily found location to cancel service.  Instead transfer service is all i get).  I finally got a human — today i get a cancellation notice FOR THE WRONG HOME!  And now i go through the terrible bot and cannot get a person to fix this.  

stop trying to market new services to me — not a chance till you have a new approach to customer service.
